“Agreement” refers to these terms and conditions. 
“Statement of Work” (SOW) refers to the project-specific activities, deliverables, and timelines for the services provided.
This Agreement is for deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). After signing the Agreement, there can be no changes to the deliverables unless a new Agreement is signed by both the Client and A Flock of Scientists. 
“Contract” refers to the Agreement and the SOW together. 
“Client” is the person, company, or organization who places an order with A Flock of Scientists, LLC  (the company providing agreed upon services)
A client must provide a valid email address and a working phone number. We need to be able to contact you.
Business Day is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.
Payment must be received before work can be started. Payment in full is expected unless under a specified contract.
The writer/editor of the work will retain the copyright to all works until payment in full is received and processed. 
All prices are in dollars (USD).
Once you make the payment, the countdown on the deadline begins.
This price is valid for 14 calendar days.  
Two free revisions are available within two weeks after submission of the product.                                                                                    
A Flock of Scientists will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
All cancellations and refund requests shall be communicated in written form.
Changes to the contract that extend beyond the original agreement must be in writing and can incur adjustments in charges and rates, which will be renegotiated to incorporate such changes. 

The client will be liable for a predetermined prorated amount or payment in full for the cancellation of a contract.
 
Documents provided in the course of preparation of the final product will be kept confidential, unless otherwise agreed upon by the client and writer in writing. 

The writer(s)/editor(s) will not be held liable for any damages that may arise from client’s use of the writer’s work. This includes direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and special consequential damages connected with or resulting from the use or misuse of the work or product. 

The writer assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages, including, but not limited to damages resulting from: the work product; user or client reliance on the materials or documents produced; costs of replacement writings, training, or documents; loss of use, data, or profits;  delays or business interruptions; and any theory of liability, arising out of, or in connection with writer’s services of work. 

If the services included in the SOW includes A Flock of Scientists accessing the Client’s accounts (e.g. social media, websites) the Client agrees to change their password for the duration of the work. After the services are delivered, the Client agrees to change the password to any accounts accessed by A Flock of Scientists.
